Raj Singh - Founder and General Partner

Raj Singh is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with more than 40 years of experience building and investing in technology companies. He has founded and successfully exited several companies, including Apigee (acquired by Google), StratumOne Communications (acquired by Cisco), and Fiberlane Communications, which was split into Cerent, acquired by Cisco, and Siara Systems, acquired by Redback Networks. Collectively, these companies generated more than $10 billion in transaction value. Raj has been an active venture investor in high-tech startups since 1997, bringing decades of operating, technical, and investment experience. He is also a published author and educator, having co-authored a textbook on digital design.

Ravi Singh - General Partner

Ravi Singh is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, with over thirty years of experience in investment banking, venture capital and as a founder and C-level manager of technology and healthcare companies. He was a General Partner and Managing Fund Manager at Sycamore Ventures, focused on investments in healthcare, including pharmaceuticals and notable innovations impacting clinical care, as well as technology. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director and General Partner at Cowen & Company, where as a technology banker, he led numerous IPOs and advised on mergers and acquisitions. Subsequently, he was the CFO and part of the founding management team that built Kore.ai to be the global leader among artificial intelligence enterprise platform companies. Prior to obtaining an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, he graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, and worked with Komatsu Ltd in Japan. Over his career, he has served on the boards of public and private companies, and as an advisor and operating partner to numerous growth stage companies.

Fahim Siddiqui - Industry Advisor

Fahim Siddiqui is a technology executive, strategist, and digital transformation leader known for driving large-scale innovation at the intersection of enterprise technology, AI, and customer experience. As the former Chief Information Officer of The Home Depot, he led one of the largest retail technology organizations in the world, guiding the company’s evolution into a modern, data-driven omnichannel platform supporting millions of customers and professionals. Over a career spanning entrepreneurial technology leadership at companies such as Staples, Vidyo, Intralinks, Time Warner & Sprint. Siddiqui has built a reputation for translating emerging technologies into scalable business outcomes. Fahim holds an Executive MBA from Brown University & IE Business School, an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Missouri Kansas City and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.

Ramesh Raskar - Technology Advisor

Ramesh Raskar is Associate Director of the MIT Media Lab, an Associate Professor at MIT, and founder of the Camera Culture group, with pioneering work spanning AI, computer vision, imaging, digital health, sensors, and human-computer interaction. His innovations include femto-photography, imaging around corners, automated and privacy-preserving machine learning, and accessible healthcare technologies, contributing to more than 125 U.S. patents. He has also led innovation initiatives at Facebook across digital health, satellite imaging, connectivity, VR/AR, and emerging technologies. Raskar has received numerous honors, including the Lemelson-MIT Prize, ACM SIGGRAPH Achievement Award, and Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship. As an advisor to Karmic, he brings deep expertise at the intersection of frontier technology, entrepreneurship, and translating breakthrough research into scalable ventures.

Mona Singh - Venture Partner

Mona Singh is an angel investor, advisor, and operator working at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and storytelling. She has deep experience across startups, product and marketing strategy, communications, and early-stage company building, and previously held marketing and communications roles in Silicon Valley at companies including Atrenta and Synopsys. She has also worked in film development, screenwriting and production. In addition to her professional work, Mona is engaged in initiatives focused on global education, innovation, and expanding access to opportunity through technology and entrepreneurship. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
